One county representative from every Florida county enters the bracket here. Each fighter still uses a recognizable local city anchor, but the matchup is scored as a county war across the whole state.
| Stat | Raw Source Rule | Battle Use |
|---|---|---|
| HP | County population | Max health pool |
| ATK | City population, tourism pull, airport reach, and local identity | Base damage |
| DEF | County land room, county depth, coastline, and infrastructure weight | Damage reduction |
| SPD | Airport reach, growth pressure, and travel tempo | Turn order |
| CRIT | Culture, coast pressure, and tourism visibility | Critical hit chance |
| MORALE | Growth and local energy | Attack pressure and comeback bias |
| STAMINA | County depth, land scale, and throughput blend | Action economy |
| REGION | Shared Florida region tags | Team morale and stamina synergy |
This one is intentionally Florida-specific. Every county sends one local representative into the bracket, so the numbers are built around how dangerous that county feels right now: how many people it can throw into the fight, how much coast or tourism pressure it carries, and how quickly it can move once the battle gets messy.
Miami is the obvious heat-check pick. It comes in fast, loud, and dangerous, with enough tourism and airport weight to overwhelm slower Florida builds.
Orlando fights like controlled chaos. Huge visitor flow, huge airport traffic, and huge momentum keep it live even when the raw county footprint is not the biggest on the board.
Tampa is one of the cleaner all-around Florida picks. It has enough population, airport strength, and coastal reach to win in just about any bracket size.
The Panhandle cities bring long coastlines, military spillover, beach tourism, and a tougher small-market profile than people expect. They usually win with spacing, shore access, and a little chaos.
This simulator currently includes 10 cities in Panhandle: Panama City (Bay), Blountstown (Calhoun), Pensacola (Escambia), Port St. Joe (Gulf), Bonifay (Holmes), Marianna (Jackson), Destin (Okaloosa), Milton (Santa Rosa), DeFuniak Springs (Walton), Chipley (Washington).
Average simulator profile: HP 4.9, ATK 24.9, DEF 18.2, SPD 28.5, CRIT 38.3, STAM 15.6, and MORALE 34.9.
Current standouts inside this roster: highest HP goes to Pensacola, highest ATK to Destin, highest DEF to Pensacola, highest SPD to Pensacola, and highest CRIT to Destin.
Big Bend counties are sparse, stubborn, and a lot harder to wipe off the board than their city populations suggest. These picks lean on land room, resilience, and regional identity more than flashy throughput.
This simulator currently includes 11 cities in Big Bend: Cross City (Dixie), Apalachicola (Franklin), Quincy (Gadsden), Monticello (Jefferson), Mayo (Lafayette), Tallahassee (Leon), Chiefland (Levy), Bristol (Liberty), Madison (Madison), Perry (Taylor), Crawfordville (Wakulla).
Average simulator profile: HP 2.3, ATK 11.1, DEF 12.2, SPD 11.5, CRIT 18.7, STAM 8.4, and MORALE 17.4.
Current standouts inside this roster: highest HP goes to Tallahassee, highest ATK to Tallahassee, highest DEF to Apalachicola, highest SPD to Tallahassee, and highest CRIT to Tallahassee.
North Central Florida is college-town country, farm belt, and inland road network all at once. It produces balanced fighters that do not look overwhelming until the fight drags on.
This simulator currently includes 12 cities in North Central: Gainesville (Alachua), Macclenny (Baker), Starke (Bradford), Lake City (Columbia), Cross City (Dixie), Trenton (Gilchrist), Jasper (Hamilton), Chiefland (Levy), Ocala (Marion), Palatka (Putnam), Live Oak (Suwannee), Lake Butler (Union).

Current standouts inside this roster: highest HP goes to Ocala, highest ATK to Gainesville, highest DEF to Ocala, highest SPD to Gainesville, and highest CRIT to Gainesville.
The First Coast roster blends Jacksonville scale with the old-coast towns around it. This group tends to hit a sweet spot between coastal reach, population depth, and freight movement.
This simulator currently includes 5 cities in First Coast: Orange Park (Clay), Jacksonville (Duval), Palm Coast (Flagler), Fernandina Beach (Nassau), St. Augustine (St. Johns).
Average simulator profile: HP 13.6, ATK 45.8, DEF 26.6, SPD 49.4, CRIT 58.6, STAM 26.2, and MORALE 68.0.
Current standouts inside this roster: highest HP goes to Jacksonville, highest ATK to Jacksonville, highest DEF to Jacksonville, highest SPD to Jacksonville, and highest CRIT to St. Augustine.
Space Coast cities get a cleaner speed profile because the corridor is built around launch facilities, aerospace traffic, and long Atlantic frontage. They usually feel lighter and faster than their raw county size implies.
This simulator currently includes 3 cities in Space Coast: Palm Bay (Brevard), Vero Beach (Indian River), Daytona Beach (Volusia).
Average simulator profile: HP 18.0, ATK 50.7, DEF 36.0, SPD 55.7, CRIT 71.7, STAM 33.0, and MORALE 67.3.
Current standouts inside this roster: highest HP goes to Palm Bay, highest ATK to Daytona Beach, highest DEF to Palm Bay, highest SPD to Palm Bay, and highest CRIT to Daytona Beach.
Central Florida is the tourism and growth engine. These cities tend to score well on momentum, airport reach, and raw civilian throughput, which makes them dangerous in faster fights.
This simulator currently includes 9 cities in Central Florida: Crystal River (Citrus), Spring Hill (Hernando), Clermont (Lake), Ocala (Marion), Orlando (Orange), Kissimmee (Osceola), Lakeland (Polk), Sanford (Seminole), The Villages (Sumter).

Current standouts inside this roster: highest HP goes to Orlando, highest ATK to Orlando, highest DEF to Orlando, highest SPD to Orlando, and highest CRIT to Orlando.
Tampa Bay mixes ports, retirees, beaches, and real metro weight. It is one of the deepest benches in the simulator because even the secondary counties can still throw a real punch.
This simulator currently includes 7 cities in Tampa Bay: Spring Hill (Hernando), Tampa (Hillsborough), Bradenton (Manatee), New Port Richey (Pasco), St. Petersburg (Pinellas), Lakeland (Polk), Sarasota (Sarasota).
Average simulator profile: HP 27.1, ATK 46.3, DEF 35.9, SPD 54.4, CRIT 60.4, STAM 36.9, and MORALE 71.4.
Current standouts inside this roster: highest HP goes to Tampa, highest ATK to Tampa, highest DEF to Tampa, highest SPD to Tampa, and highest CRIT to Tampa.
Southwest Florida cities fight off tourism, retirement money, long coastlines, and huge county footprints. They are not always the quickest, but they stay dangerous when the battle slows down.
This simulator currently includes 8 cities in Southwest Florida: Punta Gorda (Charlotte), Naples (Collier), Arcadia (DeSoto), Moore Haven (Glades), Wauchula (Hardee), Clewiston (Hendry), Sebring (Highlands), Cape Coral (Lee).
Average simulator profile: HP 8.1, ATK 25.1, DEF 19.9, SPD 31.2, CRIT 34.8, STAM 20.0, and MORALE 40.5.
Current standouts inside this roster: highest HP goes to Cape Coral, highest ATK to Cape Coral, highest DEF to Naples, highest SPD to Cape Coral, and highest CRIT to Naples.
The Treasure Coast cities are coastal but less overloaded than South Florida. Their profiles usually land in the balanced middle with enough growth and shoreline pressure to steal rounds.
This simulator currently includes 4 cities in Treasure Coast: Vero Beach (Indian River), Stuart (Martin), Okeechobee (Okeechobee), Port St. Lucie (St. Lucie).
Average simulator profile: HP 7.5, ATK 30.0, DEF 20.8, SPD 35.0, CRIT 47.8, STAM 18.0, and MORALE 52.0.

This simulator currently includes 4 cities in Gold Coast: Fort Lauderdale (Broward), Miami (Miami-Dade), Key West (Monroe), West Palm Beach (Palm Beach).
Average simulator profile: HP 58.2, ATK 74.2, DEF 69.5, SPD 75.5, CRIT 91.2, STAM 66.8, and MORALE 82.2.

Battles are fought in a best of 3 format, with each team picking 1, 2, or 3 Florida county representatives to fight. This is a turn based battle system, very similar to Fantasy Brawls, Pokemon, and other classic games. When it is your turn, you can pick from a variety of commands to outplay the city across from you.
Experiment with different county combinations and strategies to see what lineup actually controls Florida. If you land on a nasty county squad, share it and let people know which side of the state you are backing.
PvP will be coming in a future update, so you can battle your friends and other players online. I also want to expand this simulator with more Florida-only twists, including coastal weather events, tourist-season modifiers, and rivalry boosts that make certain county matchups feel personal. If you have any suggestions for features or improvements, please drop me an email at [email protected] or a DM on Twitter @FantasyBrawls. I'm always looking for ways to make the game more fun and engaging, and I love hearing from the community.
